We are working towards full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Some older PDFs and third‑party embeds may not fully meet accessibility standards. We are phasing updates as we review and replace content.

Compatibility
Our sites are designed for recent versions of major browsers. Assistive‑technology compatibility improves when browsers are up to date.

If you are not satisfied with our response, local rules may provide avenues for complaint to consumer or equality bodies. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern quickly.
