Client Relationship – Key Information (High‑Level Summary)

This is a plain‑English overview of how we work with clients. It is not a contract. Your signed Client Agreement and engagement documents prevail.
 

Onboarding documents you will receive

  • Client Agreement (services, scope, responsibilities, fees, termination);

  • Regulatory disclosures for your jurisdiction;

  • Privacy and data‑protection notices;

  • Risk‑profiling and objectives questionnaire;

  • Conflicts of Interest summary and complaint‑handling information.
     

How we are paid
We will explain fees and charges in writing before engagement. We do not accept incentives that would compromise our duty to clients.
 

Conflicts of interest
We have policies and controls to identify, prevent, manage and disclose conflicts. Where a conflict cannot be fully mitigated, we will explain it to you before proceeding.
 

Sustainability preferences
If you have sustainability or ethical preferences, please tell us. We will take them into account when selecting products, subject to availability and suitability.
 

How to complain
If you are unhappy with our service, please use the process described on our Complaint Handling page. We will acknowledge and respond within the applicable timelines for your jurisdiction.
 

Ending the relationship
You may terminate the Client Agreement as set out in your contract. We will explain any consequences (e.g., platform or product charges) before you decide.
